Jay Echternach serves as director and founder of Walk off Sales. He started his professional sales career in 1986 as National accounts manager for Philips Consumer Electronics working with major retailers like Fred Meyer, Bi-Mart, G.I Joes and Costco Wholesale. Jay transitioned to Hunter Ceiling fans in 1993 as Western Regional sales manager responsible for Eagle Hardware, Sears Hardware and several regional rep groups.

The general market represents the only non-book destination marketplace that serves the largest foot traffic count available to authors and their books.

In addition to a sales representation agency, Walk Off Sales also offers clients a consulting service for a monthly retainer. Clients must commit to a minimum 1 year contract.
